River is a Sophomore studying Mechanical Engineering and is in his second year with the team. Last year, he was a part of the Suspension, Steering, and Brakes subteam, as well as having worked as a part of the Business subteam, being involved in marketing and production projects.

"My plans as this year's Business subteam lead are to develop a professional brand image for our club, to continue producing high quality marketing and social media content, and to promote as much engagement for team members as possible. My mission is to develop our team into a professionally competitive and marketable brand, to boost sponsor engagement and club visibility as a whole. I enjoy Baja because it fosters a unique environment where, even as a freshman, I was able to jump right into working on the car. Any areas of the club's work that I was interested in, I could get involved in, whether that meant designing new parts for the car, shooting photography, or producing and directing my own promotional video for the club."
